UFC Gym is set to relaunch this summer with an exciting new open-plan facility at Nottinghams Castle Marina retail park. The site, just minutes from the city centre is a perfect base with great commuter links to all parts of Nottingham, as well as free parking.
The state of the art facility, located in the premises previously held by Mother-care, will boast a huge open plan training layout, featuring an extensive machine and free weight floor, turfed functional fitness zone, dedicated cardio area, as well as the iconic UFC Octagon and fight sport training facilities that are the trademark of this iconic brand.
Designed from the ground up, the main training floor will be over-looked by a raised catwalk leading to bespoke studio and dojo environments on a second mezzanine level. With classes for every ability and interest, anything from UFC Gym’s very own D.U.T (Daily Ultimate Training) H.I.T fitness classes, Boxing and Kick Boxing technique and fitness, through to Brazilian Ju Jitsu with full grading and progression opportunities. All with the very best coaches and staff to help you on your training journey.
Add to this a full nutritional bar to fuel your training, private consultation and recovery areas with cryo, compression and massage therapies. Plus lavish luxury locker and shower rooms with sauna, and you have the ideal setting for all your fitness and fight sport training needs.
In addition UFC Gym will offer a full Youth Programme, created to build a foundation of athletic and motivational skills that apply in and outside the gym. Helping develop coordination, agility, speed, and strength. Combat the negative impact of screen time with the positive influence of fitness. All in a welcoming environment that gives families the chance to enjoy their fitness and training journeys together.
